Launch Informatics error message when opening an experiment

Answer:

These type errors can occur if the Integration settings are incorrectly set or not corrupted. You can refresh the settings following these steps:

  1. Log into ELN with the user that experiences the issue
  2. In the application menu expand the dropdown menu in the top-left corner
  3. Click 'Options'
  4. In the Options Window
    1. Select Inventory' and wait for the page to load
    2. Click 'OK' at the bottom
    3. Click select 'Registration' and wait for the page to load
    4. Click the 'Save' button in the top left corner of the form
    5. Click 'Close' at the bottom right to exit the Options Window
  5. Log off and log back in
