After installing CambridgeSoft v.12 product (especially Desktop SQL applications on Windows XP SP2), the machine reboots endlessly. What can I do to fix this problem?

This problem occurs when ‘Client/Server Run-Time Subsystem” (csrss.exe - responsible for console windows, creating and/or deleting threads) is loading an .exe file or a .dll file that contains a manifest that has Windows Vista extensions leads its internal memory corruption (when it finds a single tag that has two schema properties). The memory corruption causes an access violation in csrss.exe. This causes Windows to restart.

End-users can resolve this by obtaining the hotfix from Microsoft at.
