Question:

I am trying to maximize/restore the Inventory Window which is present in the taskbar, but I couldn't. Is there a way to maximize the Inventory application.

Answer:

Please try the following to restore Inventory window.

1. Login to Inventory using the invadmin account
2. Right click on the Inventory tab present in the Taskbar, it will open the context menu (if you didn’t get the context menu then press Alt + Spacebar)
3. Select the “Maximize” or “Restore” option from the context menu that pops up.
4. It will open the Inventory application Window; click on Exit from the Inventory File menu (File > Exit)
5. Now retest the problem.
