I get an error mesage "Cannot connect to Nexxis Application server" when runnning custom methods from portal.

Answer:

If you end up getting an error”Cannot connect to application server” 1!)Go to Nexxis Applciation server 2)setup stop the server 3)Make sure that the server name and the coputer name are the same 4)start the server 5)reset IIS 7)Go to your DB and look up ilab.servers table and verify the DB server over there is your applcaition server (optional) 6)open the portal and run the method again
