Question:

While trying to access my institution's downloads page to download ChemDraw got the following error message. What can I do to fix this problem?

FSL1: Cookies could not be successfully restored...

Answer:

Make sure to enable cookies in your browser setting. Then login to our website and then try to download the file from your site subscription download page using IE or Firefox or Safari.

Say;

1. Logout from our site (http://www.cambridgesoft.com/)
2. Clear the web browser cookies (IE/Firefox/Safari)
3. Now login to http://www.cambridgesoft.com/) using your institutional email account
4. Now re download the installer after entering your institutional email account in your site license subscription page.
