As per the PerkinElmer Informatics Product Life Cycle, High-Content Profiler as an independent product has entered the Sunset phase, effective September 3, 2019. Unless otherwise provided, the Sunset phase shall end one (1) year from the effective date immediately above. On September 3, 2020, all versions of High-Content Profiler as an independent product will reach End of Life (“EOL”). During the Sunset phase, we will continue to provide limited support to each Customer with an active maintenance for this Product, as described in the Product Life Cycle. Except for the support options described in the PerkinElmer Informatics Product Life Cycle, once EOL is reached PerkinElmer will no longer provide support for this version of this product. Customers with a current Annual Subscription or under active maintenance are eligible for and encouraged to upgrade to Signals Screening 2.3, which includes HCP as a Signals Screening App and has been qualified against TIBCO Spotfire 10.3. Customers with existing perpetual licensing who are not currently under active maintenance can purchase an upgrade license. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a more recent release of the product.
