As per the PerkinElmer Informatics Product Life Cycle, the following ChemBioOffice Enterprise versions will enter Sunset phase:
• CBOE-12.1
• CBOE-12.5.0
• CBOE-12.5.1
• CBOE-12.5.3
• CBOE-12.6
• CBOE-12.6.1
• CBOE-12.6.2
The above CBOE versions have entered the Sunset phase, effective as of October 30, 2020. The Sunset phase shall end one year from the effective date. On October 30, 2021, these CBOE versions will reach End of Life (“EOL”). During the Sunset phase, we will continue to provide support to each customer with an active Support and Maintenance Plan (“SMP”) for this product as per the Product Life Cycle.
