PerkinElmer Informatics is delighted to announce the release of PerkinElmer Signals™ Lead Discovery 2.5. PerkinElmer Signals Lead Discovery is the first guided search and analysis platform designed specifically for the complex data analysis scenarios typical in molecular and biomolecular research organizations such as understanding structure activity relationships.
PerkinElmer Signals Lead Discovery is built on top of the leading analytical platform TIBCO Spotfire and PerkinElmer’s unique, hyper-performant, future-proof data management platform, Signals Data Factory.
New in Signals Lead Discovery 2.5 are:
- Linking Details Measurement Types to their parent results. Signals Lead Discovery now provides explicit support for details Measurement Types (e.g. well-level details) that underlie any final result Measurement Types (e.g. IC50 results). This is feature allows for the richness of scientific data to be easily captured in Signals Data Factory and returned to Spotfire for decision support.
- Linking Assay Endpoint Results to their corresponding Measurement rows. Assay Endpoint Results are now related to their corresponding Measurements such that if an Assay Endpoint Result criteria is set, only the corresponding Measurement rows will be returned.
- More user control over returned data. Users can now specify which Entity and Measurement Attributes will be returned to Spotfire, rather than always returning all Attributes. Also, users can now elect to exclude all empty columns from the SAR Table in a single gesture.
