We're working on improving our phone infrastructure to provide customers with an enhanced phone experience when contacting Support. We're currently in phase 1 of the process where half of our technical support team has new soft phones for better sound quality. We hope to complete the roll out of the soft phones to the rest of the support team after confirming the initial roll out was successful.
