Message 'Results no available' is shown when trying to use Autotext

Answer:

This can happen when 'Autotext' values have not been defined by the tenant's administrator. To add values follow these steps:

  1. Log into Signals Notebook as an administrator user
  2. Select 'System Configuration' from the user name dropdown menu
  3. Click on 'System Settings'
  4. Click on 'Autotext' and select 'Lists'
  5. In the Autotext window click 'Add New List' and type a name for the list
  6. Select the new list and click 'Add New Value' and type the value
  7. The list and value will be displayed by the system when using Autotext
