PerkinElmer is pleased to announce the release of Lead Discovery Premium 1.2. Lead Discovery Premium is powered by TIBCO Spotfire and bundles the core Lead Discovery product with new capabilities for SAR analysis, whether the “S” is small molecule Structure or large molecule Sequence. With Lead Discovery Premium, biologics researchers can leverage Spotfire to better understand the interplay between nucleic acid or amino acid sequence and activity for safety results. Lead optimization chemists can better analyze R-groups to select the best compounds series and to view data in familiar form-based displays. And all drug discovery and development researchers can leverage a broadened portfolio of visualizations including dendrograms, multi-parameter optimization, and radar charts.
Lead Discovery Premium 1.2 is a sustaining release focused around updating this key package with Spotfire 10.3 LTS support and the latest version of ChemDraw as well as closing a number of issue reported by customers:
